Built to be trusted
Accounting integrity isn't a feature. It's the foundation.
Folium is designed so your books can be explained, line by line, to a partner, an auditor or a tax officer.
Locked postings
Posted entries can't be edited or deleted — only reversed.
A complete trail
Every correction links back to the entry it fixes.
Closed means closed
Locked periods stop back-dated changes to finished months.
Separate by design
Each organisation's data is kept apart from every other.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Who is Folium for?
Small and medium businesses in Pakistan, the accountants and bookkeepers who keep their books, and accounting firms managing several clients.
Do I need to know accounting to use it?
It helps, but Folium does the checking for you: account types set normal balances automatically and unbalanced entries can't be posted.
Can I manage more than one company?
Yes. One login can hold several organisations, and you switch between them in a click. Each keeps its own accounts, journals, periods and reports.
What happens if I post a wrong entry?
You reverse it. Folium creates a reversing entry linked to the original, so nothing is silently overwritten.
How much does it cost?
Nothing, for now: Folium is currently free for all users. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
